MISSION

CROA is a non-profit organization duly registered with the State of California, whose membership is comprised of collection and various entities in county and city government throughout the State of California, whose primary function is the collection of revenue. In addition, some of our members are also responsible for the billing and collection of various services such as water, sewer, medical, taxes, business license tax, and utility users tax.
